Very nice gentlemen. Gave us all the information we needed about ADT, and left us with no unanswered questions. He was very thorough when he was explaining all the advantages of ADT and protecting my family. He got the installer on the phone right away, set him up from 4-6pm and the installer showed up at4:01pm. Perfect Service not having to sit around and wait!!

We give 5 stars for this company because there was nothing to fault from beginning to end. From our initial phone call to the finished installation everything was done as arranged/scheduled, which these days is hard to find! If you are looking for a home security system from a professional company, then look no further this authorized dealer is the one for you.

My house was broken in and most of my stuff was stolen from the guy behind my house. In the panic stage, I call Mart from ADT. She came out an hour and help me install the alarm for my house in a flash. Now I can go to work without being worry about my drug addict guy who live behind my house. Thx again Mart!!!

Mike & Mart are great at patiently explaining everything about the security system. They are very genuine & answered all my questions. They are not pushy & even after I asked to sleep over it for a few days for personal reasons, Mike was very courteous & did not push me to make an immediate decision. After high activity in our neighborhood, I decided to go w/ FrontPoint because of the reviews, but we were not satisfied w/ service nor response. Many questions weren't not answered or upfront w/ security protocols. After Re-researching some more, we found Mart DeLa Cruz from ADT, explained all my questions. I had them install system the next day. Very happy customer & would recommend them to anyone.

I called after reading these impressive Yelp reviews the day after we were burglarized. Mart answered quickly and was able to come by a few hours later. By the next evening we had our alarm installed. Can't ask for better service and the price is surprisingly affordable.

On the day of my appointment, I was running late & I called Mike & Mart to see if I could change my appointment time. They were flexible & accommodating to my schedule & friendly upon meeting them. They were really helpful in choosing the correct package for us. They didn't try to over sell us or pressure us. They also gave us a really great deal.

After coming home & realizing I have been robbed of all my sentimental jewelry. This was the first place I called & I knew I didn't have to look any further. We just signed up for our alarm & camera system for our business today & Mike's customer service was on point. He walked us through all the steps & explained the pricing & how we would be billed. Michael & company were amazing! My set-up was a little more difficult as they were transitioning the hardware from my previous home & adding it to their introductory system! But they were thorough in explaining everything & took time to follow up multiple times to make sure technician was doing their job & that the system was working! Will definitely recommend them to family & friends!

I signed up with another alarm company and they consistently failed to show up for installation appointments. Seriously, this particular crew for ADT is Amazing. Josh Carter was the first I met from them over 6 years ago. We were just moving in and he got us setup. And it was all installed 2 days later. No issues, several follow-ups to make sure everything went smoothly and we felt comfortable with the system. Forget the rest of ADT - just work with these guys! Amazing group!

Jose was amazing, he came over to my new house earlier than the promised time & helped inspect the house & suggested me & explained where I should have the sensor to cover all the blind spot.  He'd educated me on how to use the new ADT system & how the key fob works. We were researching what type of security system we should set up for our home, but then one of our neighbors signed up with ADT & was very happy with the result. I liked the equipment they installed for him & the pricing seemed very fair. The equipment is great & the ADT Pulse app is also great. I will definitely recommend this company & team to our friends.

Sonny is the man. Didn't try to guilt trip me into buying anything I didn't need or make me feel bad for declining upgrades. Explained things thoroughly, such as the pros & cons of a wire system vs. Wireless. Have us an excellent deal on equipment and two year contract. I would definitely recommend that others at least talk to him before making decisions to secure their home.
